Jarosław Hałoń is a legal counsel and a tax adviser. He graduated from Law and Administration Faculty of the University of Gdańsk. Since 1998 until he set off with his own legal counsel practice Jarosław Hałoń was employed at Ernst & Young Ltd., Tax Advisors. He was a member of Ernst & Young transfer pricing and tax litigation teams. Jarosław Hałoń is a specialised consultant for tax law, economic law and company law. He is fluent in English. Jarosław Hałoń cooperated on permanent basis with "Gazeta rachunkowa", where he published a number of articles on legal and tax issues. He also wrote for "Kwartalnik Prawa Podatkowego" quarterly, "Przegląd Orzecznictwa Podatkowego" and "Dobra Firma".
Maciej Kucharski is a legal counsel. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Gdańsk in 1996. While still a student, in 1995, he was employed at Ernst & Young, Tax Department. In 1998 he took over as the manager at the Gdańsk branch of Ernst & Young in charge of corporate taxation consulting. During that period Maciej Kucharski gained broad experience in tax advisory, especially for foreign owned companies. He specialises in tax law, with particular focus on transactions between related entities (transfer pricing), international trade taxation and operation in special economic zones. Maciej Kucharski is an author of articles on tax law published in "Monitor Podatkowy" and "Dobra Firma". He is fluent in English.
Monika Hałoń is an advocate. She graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Gdańsk. Between 2007 - 2010 she was judicial trainee at the Circuit Court in Gdańsk, in 2010 she passed the judicial exam and became an advocate. Monika Hałoń cooperates with Hałoń & Kucharski Legal Counsels since 2006, she gained her professional experience also by working at other Tri-city's legal offices and in Circuit Court in Gdańsk as judge's assistant. While cooperating in Hałoń & Kucharski Legal Counsels Monika Hałoń specializes in commercial and labour law, she represents Clients of Hałoń & Kucharski Legal Counsel in the court proceedings. As an advocate Monika Hałoń is engaged in legal advisory for individual Clients in the scope of civil, family and criminal law, she represents individual clients in the inheritance, divorce and criminal proceedings.
Dorota Dogil - Kucharska is a legal counsel. She graduated from the Law Faculty of University of Gdansk in 1997. In 1997-2007 she worked as a judge in law court in Gdansk. In 2007-2010 she worked as a Payroll Department Manager within HK Finance&Accounting - the affiliated entity specializing in bookkeeping and specialized accounting consultancy for foreign entities. She has completed postgraduate studies in Personnel Management in Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS). She specializes in labour law, corporate and commercial law. At Hałoń & Kucharski Legal Counsels she is a PR and Marketing Manager at the same moment. She is fluent in English.
Katarzyna Skopczyńska is a legal counsel. She graduated from the Law Faculty of University of Gdańsk in 2002. During her studies, since 2001, she was a volunteer in the Gdynia NGO project called "Citizen's Legal Advice Office", where she acted as an advisor. Between 2002 and 2004 she worked as a legal assistant and a legal expert in foreign capital companies, where she gained experience in legal service for entrepreneurs. She completed postgraduate studies in European integration - majoring in company management at the Economic Faculty of the University of Gdańsk. She specializes in commercial and labour law. She joined the Team in November 2004, she participated in the projects concerning transformations, mergers and divisions of the commercial companies, she represents the Clients before labour courts in employment disputes. She is fluent in English.
Paweł Brzezicki, advocate's trainee, graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Gdańsk and has a master's degree in International Relations. He was a judge's trainee, currently he is an advocate's trainee and PhD candidate at the Law Faculty. Paweł Brzezicki was a finalist and won Polish nationwide legal competitions (Lawgames, Kariera2006, Primus in Primis) and was a legal intern in international law firms. He gained market experience by running his own economic activity. Paweł Brzezicki specializes in pharmaceutical and medical law, corporate law, contract law and real estate. He is fluent in English.
Martyna Mikusińska is a PhD student of law at the University of Gdansk. In 2008 she graduated from Law Faculty of Gdańsk University, in 2009 she graduated from postgraduate study of the Foreign Service in the School of Economics in Warsaw. During her studies she was a member of ELSA. While still a student, she gained experience in the prestigious Tri-City law firms. She specializes in commercial law, associations and foundations law and labour law. She is fluent in English and Portuguese.
Tomasz Radziwilski - graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Torun and has a master's degree in Governmental Institutions Studies. He was a judge's trainee and judge's assistant, currently he is an advocate's trainee and PhD candidate teaching students at the Law Faculty in Torun. Tomasz Radziwilski specializes in civil law, corporate law and easements for electric distribution. He is fluent in English.
Piotr Brożyński, legal trainee, graduated from Law and Administration Faculty of the Nicolaus Copernicus University of Toruń. During studies he did some practice in legal offices in Toruń, where he gained experience in administrative and civil law. He gained also professional experience as a junior legal assistant in one of the local legal office. Piotr Brożyński has acquired experience in comprehensive vindication of claim for a institutional subjects. He specializes in tax law. Speaks English fluently.
