Monika Hałoń is an advocate who cooperates with Hałoń & Kucharski Legal Counsel since 2006. She gained her professional experience also by working at other Tri-city's legal offices and in Circuit Court in Gdańsk as judge's assistant. She graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Gdańsk. Between 2007 - 2010 she was judicial trainee at the Circuit Court in Gdańsk, in 2010 she passed the judicial exam and then became an advocate.

Monika Hałoń offers legal advisory for individual Clients and also represents Clients in the proceedings before courts and administrative authorities. Legal advisory includes in particular cases:

especially inheritance law and contract law (preparation and analysis of agreements, advisory at receivables collection, advisory at preparation of the will and during inheritance proceedings)
